Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In case of any significant delay in the shipment of your order,  we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on the product price, volume, packaging and shipping destination. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.  

Delays in delivery might happen due to factors beyond our control. 

Shipment confirmation and Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The email contains your tracking number(s), which will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes on International Orders is not responsible for any custom duties and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees and duties imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, import duties etc.).

Damages is not liable for any product damage or loss during shipping. If you received your order in a damaged condition, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please retain all packaging materials and the goods as received before filing a claim.
