At The Bodhi Maram, we work hard to provide our clients the best shopping experience and that the product received is in perfect condition. As a policy, we ONLY accept returns and exchanges if an incorrect product has been delivered (if the order does not match the product delivered) or if there is a genuine manufacturing defect in the product delivered.
In case of made-to-order/customised products, as a policy we do not accept any return/exchange or refund.
No Exchange on Sale items.
No refund provided if the shipping address provided by the client is incorrect.
We do not offer refund/exchange on International orders.
Please check all information on sizes, length, weight, finish before placing your order. We mention all possible information on our website, Also please feel free to mail and ask us incase you need any more information.
We take a lot of care in ensuring that the product is packed properly and sent to you. In the unlikely case of a damage, please inform us along with photographs of the product and package within 24 hours of receipt. You can respond to your original order email so it's easy for us to track.
We take requests for returns/exchange on a case by case basis. Based on the cause of the request and the product condition, we will work with the client to provide them with a full refund or replace the original order made. Exchanges/ Refunds will be made only after we have received the shipment from you.
How to request for a refund/exchange:

Once we approve the return, we will let you know on the most convenient method for sending the shipment back.
Return products need to be received by The Bodhi Maram within 7 days upon raising the refund/exchange request. Failing which, the product will no longer be applicable for refund / replacement.
We will issue a refund to the credit/debit card/ your bank account. Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment.
